Orders over $299 can be shipped free of charge
Otherwise a flat rate delivery of $9.99 is usually available**

Online orders are available to most countries. If your country is not listed on the checkout page, please email sales@flightstore.com.au for a customised shipping quote.
Delivery Charges
We do not profit from postage.
All delivery costs are calculated and charged by weight at a pre-set rate for Australia-wide delivery.
The cost of delivering your order will be displayed during the checkout process before you make any payments. We do our very best to ensure we always obtain the most competitive shipping rates available to pass on to our customers.
Service Selected
Please Note: We reserve the right to amend your chosen shipping service; only when necessary. Some combinations of items and locations may require a particular type or method of delivery. If this situation occurs, we will cover any additional costs, and don't ask you to pay any additional charges.
Authority to Leave on Parcels
Should you elect to provide Authority to Leave Instructions, we will try to ensure those instructions are followed. We may occasionally add an Authority to Leave to parcels where we see the delivery address is sensible to do so, and the order value is below our threshold.
- IF WE have elected to use Authority to Leave, WE will take full responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.
- IF YOU have an address suitable for Authority to Leave, we encourage you to use the Delivery Instructions Box in the Shopping Cart to provide instructions for the delivery driver.
We will not use Authority to Leave instructions when orders exceed our dollar value threshold or where we deem your order may be at too high a risk.
Apartment complexes are a particular issue for deliveries. We encourage customers to use Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect services as a secure and convenient delivery option for Apartments and High-rise Building addresses. Australia Post offers these services for free via your MyPost account.
Mailbag / PMB & Rural Mail Service Delivery
WE DO accept orders for shipping to these types of addresses. However, due to the complexity of delivery for these services, we are unable to guarantee the point of delivery for any shipments that use these services.
We are happy to ship items to these locations, however, the customer agrees to bear the risk of any loss or damage, as we are unable to obtain a delivery signature or confirmation when delivering to these special services.
At Special Request, we can obtain special Transit Insurance for these shipments if there is concern.
Backorders
Transit Times
Transit times displayed for the services offered are a guide only. Transit times are not guaranteed.
95% of deliveries are achieved within the quoted times, however on the rare occasion where an event occurs that is outside of our control, or delivery is to a remote location, the delivery time may take longer than the quoted time frame.
Our same-day shipping cut-off is 1pm AEST. Any orders placed after this time may not be dispatched until the following business day.
Transit Insurance
Transit Insurance is available for all of our shipping services by Special Request.
If you wish to insure your parcel, you must notify us in the Order Comments at Checkout when the order is placed. We will respond with an updated quote to include the additional insurance cost. Once the quote has been accepted and settled we will then ship your insured order.
It is our highest priority to have the products we sell in stock 100% of the time but the nature of the business does mean that on occasion items do sell out. Our website has a live inventory system so customers can see when an item is back-ordered before placing the order.
When an order contains an item on 'Backorder' the entire order will be held until all of the items are in stock and ready for shipping. We will endeavor to contact the customer as soon as possible to provide an estimated time frame for when we can deliver the order.
If you wish to split the order for part delivery, sending the in-stock items now and backorder items later then an additional shipping cost may apply.
Despatch
We process orders from 9am - 4pm AEST Monday through Friday. Should you have any special requirements for the delivery of your items, please use the Order Notes section when you complete the Checkout Process, and we will endeavor to ensure your instructions are followed.
Once the carrier of your choice has collected your order, it is entirely at their discretion how and when they will deliver your parcel.
Once your payment has been received, we will endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Most orders placed prior to 1pm AEST will ship the same day, orders after this time will be processed as soon as possible and may still go the same day but for operational reasons, we cannot guarantee.
We endeavor to dispatch items as quickly as possible. We will contact you when despatch is not possible within 48 business hours, except when orders have been placed on Backorder. If your order is time-critical we recommend you contact us before purchase so that we can confirm the order can be delivered within the requested time frame.
Public Holidays
Please note we experience a high volume of orders on days following public holidays, we endeavor to meet the time frames quoted above however customers placing orders for dispatch directly following a public holiday should allow an additional 24 hours for order processing.
Collections
You are welcome to come and collect your order from the shop should you prefer to do so. Once your order is ready to be collected you will receive a notification email advising your order is ready for pick up.

You can view the status of your order at any time.
Log in to 'My Account' using the email address provided when placing your order, or creating your account.
Shipping Notification
Customers will receive a Shipping Confirmation around 4pm AEST on the day of dispatch from our warehouse. This will include a Tracking Number for your shipment so that you can track the progress of the delivery online.
