Change of Mind

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, Flight Store is happy to offer an Exchange or Account Credit only for items that you have ordered and you have Changed your Mind.

If the product you ordered and received meets the Manufacturer's Specifications then the return request is considered to be of the type that falls under a Change of Mind return.

Wrong Size / Wrong Style / Item Doesn't Fit

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, Flight Store is happy to offer an Exchange or Account Credit only for items that you have ordered that either don't fit or if you wish to change sizes or styles. 
 
If the product you ordered and received meets the Manufacturer's Specifications then the return request is considered to be of the type that falls under a Change of Mind return.

Incorrectly Ordered / Ordered by Mistake / Unwanted / Not Needed Anymore

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, Flight Store is happy to offer an Exchange or Account Credit only for items that you have ordered incorrectly or ordered by mistake. Also, items that you may have ordered that are not needed anymore or are unwanted. For example, a gift that was purchased for someone that they didn't like, or they are looking for something different.

Don't like the Product / Don't like the Purchase

Defective / Faulty / Missing or Broken Parts

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, Flight Store is happy to offer a Repair / Replacement / Refund / Exchange or Account Credit for items that you have received that are defective, faulty, or have missing or broken parts.
 
If the product you ordered has a Minor or Major Problem and does not meet the Manufacturer's Specifications.
 
Minor Problem - When a product has a minor problem, Flight Store will fix the problem or Repair the product for free.
Major Problem - When a product has a Major problem, Flight Store will Replace the product or provide a Refund / Exchange or Account Credit.

Damaged in Transit

 

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, Flight Store will assist you with items that have been damaged in transit. Once the carrier has collected the parcel it is their responsibility to ensure safe delivery and that packages or parcels aren't damaged by handling while in transit.
 
If Transit Insurance was selected and paid for we will assist you with your insurance claim.
If Transit Insurance was not selected we will help you by contacting the carrier and requesting compensation which will be per the carrier's Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Claim

 

MANUFACTURERS Warranty?
 
In the case that you experience a warranty event with a product you have purchased from us, we are more than happy to assist you.
 
Most of our brands have in place a warranty claims procedure and in the first instance we highly recommend you contact the manufacturer and lodge your warranty claim direct with them as this will normally result in the issue being corrected in the fastest possible time.
 
Having said that we welcome the opportunity to assist our customers. 
 
If you are unsure of how to make a claim and you would like us to assist you with your warranty, or you would just plain prefer to deal with us, please send an email to warranty@flightstore.com.au and we will reply with instructions.
 
For Minor product issues - We will offer a free manufacturer repair or replacement item at the manufacturers descretion.
For Major product issues - (i.e those not easily repairable or issues where a repair is not likely to rectify the issue) the customer is entitled to their choice of a refund, repair or replacement.
